WHEREAS, a review of teacher education programs was conducted on April 18, 1995, by the State Department of Education in accordance with the Alabama State Board of Education, State Department of Education Administrative Code, Rule No. 290-030-030-.80; and
 
WHEREAS, the State Superintendent of Education recommends approval of the programs subject to the stipulations of the Review Team:
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Alabama State Board of Education hereby approves the following programs on August 10, 1995 with approval to expire on August 9, 2000:
