WHEREAS, a review of teacher education programs was conducted on September 10-13, 1995, by the State Department of Education in accordance with the Alabama State Board of Education, State Department of Education Administrative Code, Rule No. 290-030-030-.80; and
 
WHEREAS, the State Superintendent of Education recommends approval of the programs subject to the stipulations of the Review Team:
