The Alabama Immigration Law Guidance for School Boards includes an E-Verify affidavit form that can be downloaded for completion by business entities or employers who are awarded contracts by school boards. An E-Verify affidavit form for a subcontractor paid under a contract awarded by a school board is also included in the document. A separate document contains guidance, forms, and links to assist those entities (businesses, employers, vendors, contractors, grantees) doing business with the Alabama State Department of Education in meeting the requirements of the Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act.
