WHEREAS, a review of a teacher education program was conducted on August 8, 1995, by the State Department of Education in accordance with the Alabama State Board of Education, State Department of Education Administrative Code, Rule No. 290-030-030-.80; and
 
WHEREAS, all applicable State Board of Education rules were met; and
 
WHEREAS, the State Superintendent of Education recommends approval of the program subject to the stipulations of the Review Team:
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Alabama State Board of Education hereby approves the following program on October 12, 1995, with approval to expire on May 10, 2000:
