WHEREAS, the Alabama Administrative Code, Rule 290-2-3-.05, Textbook Substitution, permits publishing companies to substitute a later edition of a textbook for the edition presently under contract with the state of Alabama; and
 
WHEREAS, the textbooks listed below have been submitted for substitution in accordance with the regulations set forth in said code:
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the State Board of Education approves the following books for substitution at no increase in price:
