Answer:
Yes. Career/tech aides will have to be highly qualified because career/tech paraprofessionals are no different that other paraprofessionals in that they provide instructional support.
Question:
How much teacher experience should the educator on the team have?
Answer:
The educator should have a minimum of three years of teaching experience within the past six years in the program area being reviewed.
