Resolution:
 
WHEREAS, William Niver Conway, a resident of Goshen, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 1995; and
 
WHEREAS, Mr. Conway is the son-in-law of G.J. “Dutch” Higginbotham, Alabama State Board of Education member from District II; and
 
WHEREAS, in addition to Mr. Higginbotham, Mr. Conway is survived by his wife, Linda Higginbotham Conway; two daughters and sons-in-law; one grandson; his parents; three sisters and brothers-in-law; a brother and sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law and her husband; his mother-in-law; and several nieces and nephews; and
 
WHEREAS, the members of the Alabama State Board of Education understand the grief that has come to their fellow board member, G.J. “Dutch” Higginbotham, and his family in the loss of their loved one:
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Alabama State Board of Education desires to pay its respects to the late William Niver Conway, and does hereby express deepest sympathy to G.J. “Dutch” Higginbotham and the members of his family in the loss of their loved one; and
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That copies of this resolution be sent to the family of William Niver Conway.
