CTE > Hospitality and Tourism > Programs: Articulation


​The Restaurant, Food, and Beverage Services program begins with the fundamentals and principles of the art of cooking, management and production skills, and techniques. Within this pathway, students can pursue a national sanitation certification, industry certification, articulation credit, and scholarships. The courses offered involve a laboratory-based instructional setting and internship hours.  Students are encouraged to participate in extended learning experiences such as career and technical student organizations (FCCLA) and other leadership or extracurricular organizations (ProStart).
